My 1 year old granddaughter moves from one thing to another!! I brought her 2 cali books and she sat on my lap for 1/2 hour reading and hitting the music button!!! She loves them

My granddaughter loves this book!
What gives! This was a replacement of a gift for my sons sent by the company. It has the same issues I’ve run into multiple times with CaliBooks- muffled sound and pages don’t play correctly. I’ve had problems with about 50% of my book purchases. So, so disappointing.

This book is well put together and a good size for my 2 year old granddaughter. I had hoped it would sing the whole ABC song somewhere in it but it does not - only a page at a time. Also, the voice is very soft and low and hard to hear. No where to raise the volume.
