We ship worldwide! Shipping costs will be estimated at check out. International orders do take a little longer to arrive. Please be patient! We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible!

We want you and your kiddo to be happy with Cali’s Books! You have 30 days from the delivery date to return books purchased at www.calisbooks.com in unused condition. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
For return or exchange requests, please email us at email@example.com. Please include your oder number in the subject or body of the email.
The return label is also on us! We will send it by email upon receiving the return or exchange request. Once your return or exchange is received, we will process the refund, or send you a new book, respectively.
For returns, please allow 3-7 business days for the credit to show back on your bank account.
Lifetime Half Price Replacement Policy
We want you to enjoy our books for as long as you want, so books can be replaced for ANY reason for half the price!
Oh yes, this includes chewed, drooled on, ripped, driven over, flushed, or anything else your children or pets can find to do to damage the book.
To obtain replacement service:
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the book that needs to be replaced. We'll send you a code for you to place an order with 50% off on our website, free shipping might apply.
NEW! One-year Warranty in the USA
We got you covered! Our books are warranted against defects for a one-year period from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty excludes the normal depletion of consumable parts such as batteries.

Proof of purchase will be required to verify eligibility for books NOT purchased or registered on our website.
The defective book should be returned to us in Los Angeles, California.
If your book has a defect within a month of purchase, we will send you a prepaid label to send it back within the US.
If your book has a defect past a month of purchase, we kindly ask you to cover the shipping costs of the return. We will send you a new book and cover the shipping costs for that one.
