All shipping costs will be available at checkout. The estimated delivery is 5 -7 business days depending on your location. US Shipping is free above $49.99 and starts at $4.99 for orders below $7.00 and $6.99 for orders below $49.99.

We ship worldwide! Shipping costs will be estimated at checkout. International orders do take a little longer to arrive. Please be patient! We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible!
All duties, customs, taxes and all other costs associated with receiving the shipment for international deliveries are at Buyer's responsibility.

Batteries are a fundamental part of our books. Button batteries are primarily made for watches and playing music requires a lot of power. If a few buttons stop playing music, or the music cuts out in the middle of a song , this means 1 or 2 batteries out of the 3 have stopped working and need to be replaced.
Lots of button batteries available online or in stores are used or expired. That's why we developed our own battery replacement kit
to ensure a long-lasting and quality sound. The batteries included in your book plays music for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

In the case that the new batteries don't solve the problem, we will gladly replace your book!
1.We will send you a free return label for the defective book if you are in the US.
2.As soon as we receive your retuned book, we will send you a personalized discount code for you to order a new one on our website:
- 50% if it was a battery issue
- 100% if the book is defective
For return or exchange requests, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your oder number in the subject or body of the email.
The return label is also on us! We will send it by email upon receiving the return or exchange request. Once your return or exchange is received, we will process the refund, or send you a new book, respectively.
For returns, please allow 3-7 business days for the credit to show back on your bank account.

We want you to enjoy our books for as long as you want, so books can be replaced for ANY reason for half the price!
Oh yes, this includes chewed, drooled on, ripped, driven over, flushed, or anything else your children or pets can find to do to damage the book.
To obtain replacement service:
Send us an email at email@example.com with a picture of the book that needs to be replaced. We'll send you a code for you to place an order with 50% off on our website.
Please note that books can only be replaced for the exact same title. If the book you're replacing is out of stock or discontinued, then you may choose to replace it for a similar title.
NEW! One-year Warranty in the USA
We got you covered! Our books are warranted against defects for a one-year period from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty excludes the normal depletion of consumable parts such as batteries.

Proof of purchase will be required to verify eligibility for books NOT purchased or registered on our website. You can register your purchase here
The defective book should be returned to us in Los Angeles, California.
If your book has a defect within a month of purchase, we will send you a prepaid label to send it back within the US.
If your book has a defect past a month of purchase, we kindly ask you to cover the shipping costs of the return. We will send you a new book and cover the shipping costs for that one.
