  • Inside the USA:
    • Shipping costs will be available at check-out. Estimated delivery time of 2-9 business days depending on location.
  • International orders:
    • International orders are available. Shipping costs will be estimated at check-out. Please allow longer delivery time for International orders.
  • All duties, customs, taxes and all other costs associated with receiving the shipment for international deliveries are at Buyer's responsibility. 

Refunds and exchanges

We only want super happy customers! 

For books bought on our website, refunds or exchanges are available within one month. We will send you a prepaid label by email. Once your return is received, your refund or your exchange will be processed.

For a refund, a credit will automatically be applied within a certain amount of days.

Lifetime Half Price Replacement Policy

We want you to enjoy our books for as long as you want. Books can be replaced for ANY reason for half price!!

Yes, this includes chewed, drooled on, ripped, driven over, flushed or anything else your children or pets can find to do to damage the book. 

To obtain replacement service:
  • Send us at hello@calisbooks.com a picture of the book that needs to be replaced. 
  • We'll send you a code for you to place an order with 50% off on our website, free shipping might apply

NEW!! 1-year Warranty in the USA

Our books are warranted against defects for a period of 1-year from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty excludes the normal depletion of consumable parts such as batteries. 

To obtain warranty service

  • Contact us at hello@calisbooks.com
  • Proof of purchase will be required to verify eligibility for books NOT purchased or registered on our website 
  • The defective book should be returned to Los Angeles, California
    • If the defect occurs less than 3 months after your purchase, we will send you a prepaid label by email within the USA.
    • After 3 months, we will ask that you pay the shipping of the item back under warranty and we will cover the cost and the shipping of a new one to you within the USA.
